*We use a Self Check-In/Out Procedure. After final payment is made & 7 days prior to your arrival date, VRBO will make all of the details you need to check in & out through your reservation on their website/app. Upon arrival, you will go through the Guard Gate & confirm your reservation with the Guard who will issue you parking passes, & after that you can go straight to your Condo. The code to your front door is provided to you through VRBO messages at check-in time. Please note: we require guests to use VRBO’s website or mobile app for secure payments and communications, we will not email/text/provide via phone call any reservation details outside of VRBO or accept payments outside of VRBO. The Property Manager is always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Available Upon Request: Pack N Play, High Chair, Folding Chairs, etc.

*No Smoking is Permitted Anywhere Inside the Condo. This includes the Screened-In Porch. We ask that if you smoke outside the condo you keep all nearby doors closed & dispose of your waste in designated trash areas. Any smoke damages/debris clean-up will be charged to the guest.

*Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs are Available by Approval Only, for an Additional Fee of $25 each (if available).
