    Neighborhood amenities include:

  • Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, year-round hot tub
  • Tennis & Pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA Golf Course, onsite bar & grill, nature trail and more!
  • Pointe Royale no longer allows boat or trailer parking within the neighborhood.
  • No Smoking is Permitted Anywhere Inside the Condo. This includes the Screened-In Porch. We ask that if you smoke outside the condo you keep all nearby doors closed & dispose of your waste in designated trash areas. Any smoke damages/debris clean-up will be charged to the guest.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

Our Check In/Out Procedure

We use a Self Check-In/Out Procedure. After the final payment is made we will make all of the details you need to check in & out through your reservation on the booking website/app. Upon arrival, you will go through the Guard Gate & confirm your reservation with the Guard who will issue you parking passes, & after that you can go straight to your Condo. The code to your front door is provided to you through a message in the booking website/app at check-in time. Please note: we require guests to use the booking website or mobile app for secure payments and communications, we will not email/text/provide via phone call any reservation details or accept payments outside of the booking website or app. The Property Manager is always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Available Upon Request: Pack N Play, High Chair, Crockpot, Folding Chairs, etc.

  • Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs are Available by Approval Only, for an Additional Fee of $25 each (if available).
