Our Management Fee is 35% of the property’s monthly gross revenue. Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries, Batteries, HVAC Filters, Lightbulbs, & Pest Control costs are covered by our fee. An annual VRBO subscription is required at a cost of $499 to the property owner. Incidental repairs are billed to the responsible guests, routine maintenance is billed to the property owner.
