After final payment is made & 7 days prior to your arrival date, VRBO will make all of the details you need to check in & out through your reservation on their website/app. Upon arrival, you will go through the Guard Gate & confirm your reservation with the Guard who will issue you parking passes, & after that you can go straight to your Condo. The code to your front door is provided to you through VRBO messages at check-in time. Please note: we require guests to use VRBO’s website or mobile app for secure payments and communications, we will not email/text/provide via phone call any reservation details outside of VRBO or accept payments outside of VRBO.
